COER University offers MTech in Computer Science and Engineering and MTech in Mechanical Engineering via College of Engineering Roorkee. For admission to these courses, the institute accepts GATE scores. Those who do not have a valid GATE score can appear for the college level entrance test. However, students must also note that the first preference is given to students who have qualified the GATE exam.

Computer Science & Engineering: Candidates must have a graduate degree in BE/BTech with minimum 55% (general) or 50% (SC/ST)

Yes, COER University, Roorkee provides relaxation in the BCA eligibility criteria for SC/ST candidates. As per the official website, the candidates belonging to the unreserved categories must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the Class 12 examination.
On the other hand, candidates who belong to the SC/ST categories must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in the Class 12 examination with PCM as the core subjects.
