College of Engineering Eligibility

The selection criteria for the course B.E. / B.Tech at Mangalam College of Engineering (MCE) are based upon the performance of the student in the Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination (KEAM) or through management quota. For KEAM-based admission, the candidate must pass the 12th grade with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (45% for SC/ST candidates). The final selection depends upon the KEAM rank, and the candidates get admitted through centralized counseling conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE). Admission for management quota is strictly based on academic qualifications of the candidate along with performance in the entrance examination if it is required.

To be eligible for B.E. / B.Tech at PGP College of Engineering (PGPCE), you must meet the following criteria:

1. Educational Qualification: You should have completed your 12th grade (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
2. Minimum Marks: You need to have secured at least 50% marks in your 12th (45% for reserved categories) in the qualifying exam.

4. Entrance Exam: Admission is generally through TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) for Tamil Nadu students. For others, JEE Main scores or direct admission may apply.
