First of all, getting an IIM call depends on a lot of factors other than CAT percentile like number of applicants, seats available etc. Officially IIM Amritsar requires 90 percentile and IIM Sirmaur and Kashipur both requires 95 percentile for a general category student to get a call for GD PI. But in cases with a good academic profile with achievements and/or work experience or academic diversity or an impressive resume, people have gotten calls with 92+ percentile in baby Iims like Sirmaur and Amritsar. You need to give the entrance exam of GNDU for admission in M.Sc chemistry. You can get detailed information on the university website. Also, probably forms are out in the month of May or June. You need to keep checking their site for updates.

Yes, you can get direct admission in Khalsa College once your % are good and now coming to your second question, you have two options either you can choose B.Com or you can choose BBA as both have good scopes in B.Com, you'll be learning full accounts and in BBA, you'll be learning business along with accounts choice is yours which you want to choose.
