I got 9296 rank in AP EAMCET 2018. Will I get JNTU Anantapur in 1st counselling and my caste is BC-B?

As you are from BC-B category and your rank is also good, I hope there should be definitely a chance to get you a seat.
But, I'm saying there's a chance to get but cannot guarantee because if there's any person with lower rank and higher priority category then they may have get the chance.
