To secure a seat at BPhama at Kalinga University, candidates must qualify for the KALSEE entrance exams. Candidates are admitted based on scores of the Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination (KALSEE) entrance exam. Further, they also need to complete the application process of the University. The final admission list is prepared as per the collective scores of Class 12 and the entrance exam. 

The overall seat intake of BPharma at  Kalinga University is 100. Candidates must qualify the KALSEE exam to secure a seat for the BPharma. Kalinga University BPharma seat reservation policy mainly provides seats to the students belonging to the scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, and other backward classes by the instructions issued by the Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administration.

Kalinga University offers BPharma in practice for the professional candidates. Candidates must have a Diploma course in Pharmacy from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and he/she must be a registered pharmacist. Candidates must have a DPharm course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act. The course lasts for three years and has six semesters. As per the Kalinga University's admission guidelines, candidates must take the KALSEE exam for admission.
