Amity University Raipur admissions are merit and entrance-based. The university conducts its entrance exam, AMCAT for shortlisting candidates. Amity Raipur also accepts national-level entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, JEE Main, etc. for admission to specific courses. Shortlisted candidates are called for verification of the documents. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat.

According to the NIRF report 2023, a total of 37 students of MBA course were placed during Amity University Raipur MBA placements 2022. Earlier, in 2021, a total of 38 students of MBA batch 2021 were placed in reputed companies. Going back to 2020 placements, 24 students of MBA batch 2020 were placed out of total 38 students.

Yes, Aspirants with at least 70 percentile for CAT/ MAT are eligible for direct admission at Amity Raipur and stand exempted from the entrance exam. Only GD & PI will be conducted for eligible candidates. Besides, candidates can also take regular admission in MBA programme based on their score in CAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ GRE/ Amity Test. Shortlisted aspirants are then required to come for a personal interview round.

CAT is one of the accepted exams for Amity Raipur MBA admission. However, it is not mandatory to get admission through CAT score. Candidates can also qualify other national-level Management entrance exams such as MAT/ GMAT/ GRE or Amity  Common Admission Test to get admission in MBA programme. Shortlisted candidates are further called for a personal interview as part of the selection process.
