Yes, UPES School of Advanced Engineering accepts JEE Main scores for admission to its B.Tech programs, along with other eligibility criteria.
The university also conducts its own entrance management exam, UPESEAT, for students who did not appear for any national level engineering test. This provides applicants with multiple options for admission. You can get the direct admission in this by management quota or there is NRI quota like other B.Tech colleges

The student needs to have at least a 50% aggregate undergraduate degree. The candidate needs to score well on one or more qualifying tests, such as the MAT, CAT, XAT, or CMAT. For the years 2023–2024, the minimal cutoff has not yet been formally announced. For DM in Neurology and DM in Neonatology, the cutoff values for 2022 are 870. Moreover, the minimum cutoff for the M.Ch. in Urology is roughly 950. Keep in mind that the cutoff points vary from year to year depending on several variables, including the volume of applications, the difficulty of the entrance tests, and the number of seats available.

Though there are better programmes offered by other universities, this one is nevertheless strong in its own right. It is not the finest overall, even though SRHU is unquestionably one of the best colleges in Dehradun. The university has an outstanding placement record, having placed over 600 students by the end of 2023.They attract reputable firms such as Amazon, TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, and others because of the great career opportunities they offer.
Referring to alumni networks and legacies, SRHU is somewhat younger than certain other Dehradun universities. Given some majors, there's a probability that SRHU's tuition is more than that
