The university provides admission to BBA LLB (Hons) course based on academic performance, CLAT/ LSAT score and PI performance. A pass in Class 10 and Class 12 in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST/ Uttarakhand OBC) with English as a subject is required to apply for BBA LLB (Hons) course. The total tuition fees of BBA LLB (Hons) is INR 5.73 L as per an official source. Pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm seat. In case of inability in paying the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Pay a registration fee to apply for admission. The application fee for BBA LLB (Hons) is INR 1,000. Candidates can pay the fee via online mode of payment.

 Admission to LLM and PhD is based on entrance exam. For admission to all the other courses, merit in the last qualifying exam is considered. After the application process, the university considers the eligibility of the candidates and releases a merit list with the names of shortlisted candidates. Shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification. Candidates need to pay a fee to confirm their seat in the university.
