SPA Delhi campus is spread over 30 acres of land and has two libraries in both Planning and Architecture campuses. The library has journals, e-journals, and a large collection of books. The deemed to be university also has a cafeteria and a large auditorium. The library is equipped with computer facilities and electronic facilities such as online resources to support the teaching, learning, and research activities of the school. Admission in DU for MBA is based on CAT score. The admission to MBA (F) and MBA (BE) courses will be done on the basis of CAT 2021 percentile, matriculation, and 10+2 marks, Group Discussion, extempore, and Interview scores. It was mandatory to appear in Group discussions, extempore, and Personal Interview.

SPA Delhi: As per the NIRF report 2023, the median package offered to B.Arch students was INR 6 LPA, respectively. About, 17 B. Plan 65 B.Arch and 145 PG (2-year) students were placed during SPA Delhi placements 2022. NIT Trichy: As per the NIRF report, the median package offered to B.Arch students is INR 6 LPA. NIT Calicut: The average package offered during NIT Calicut B.Arch placements 2022 was INR 7.08 LPA (as per unofficial sources). From the above data, it can be observed that all three institutes have somewhat similar placement scenarios.

Yes, SPA Delhi is good for BArch. SPA Delhi is definitely one of the premier institutes for Architecture in India. School of Planning and Architecture has been ranked 5th among the top Architecture colleges in India by NIRF 2024. SPA Delhi BArch admission is based on entrance exam. Candidates are also required to have completed Class 12 with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. However, the final selection is done based on scores in JEE Main (paper-II). Candidates who have been granted admission at SPA Delhi have to report to the college and register by filling out and submitting an application form at the college office.

The result of Jamia Millia Islamia entrance exam is declared in the form of merit list. The list contains the selected candidates for each course. Category, age, marks obtained in the examination etc. Of the candidates are taken into account while making the list. After releasing the list of selected candidates the process of counseling starts. Admission in Maitreyi for M.Sc. Courses depends on the course you opted for. In general the Science courses needs above 90 percent as per my knowledge and talking about arts and commerce, they need around 80 percentage to get you admission on M.Sc. Courses. For more detailed information you can check previous year cutoff on Maitreyi college website as well.

Maitreyi college has its hostel facilities available from this year but it is only open for the students who are outstation and lives quite far from Delhi. Near the durgabai deshmukh metro station which is the nearest metro station of maitreyi college, satya niketan is there which offers PG as well as flats for students who wants to live there. The average price of PG there is in between 10k to 15k per student and flat rents with sharing is around 15k to 20k depending upon the location and room. The nearest PG and flat availability is only in satya niketan.
