Genuinely it is nil. The fee per annum is INR 2,245 with 2000 of security deposit in the starting of the session which is roughly around 10-11 k which is nill for the MBBS from such top medical College of India and for such a course where 2 crores is taken by the private medical colleges and hostel fees is around 6000 per year which fare enough for AC fitted hostels with unlimited use and no such electricity bills.

It has swimming pool, Badminton court, basketball court, table tennis and many more indoor as well as outdoor activities.
