MMM Gorakhpur is far better than Amity University Noida. I will suggest you to choose MMM Gorakhpur because of it's reputation and it's one of the best Colleges in UP.

Madan Mohan Malaviya University is one of the best Colleges in Uttar Pradesh. As far as placement in civil engineering is concerned it's good but not better than CSE. But you will be definitely placed if you have command over your subjects.
