No, it totally depends upon the university you are persuading it from. DU offers maximum placement while private university offer less placements.

In my opinion is that no any issue NAAC accredited B.Tech college in getting job and if you done you Bachelor's through NAAC accredited college so you get chance in future and it is helps for you.

According to the rules You must complete your master's degree in subject concerned not less than 50 percentage marks and you must have a B.Ed too. Then you are qualified for SET and you can apply for it.

I am so sorry to say that no good college can expect a low score like this as they already have a choice of hundreds student who scored well in the exam but could make it to the IIMs. There are few college which will expect your score but let me warn you that you will not get good job once you pass out from that college so be very carefull about the money that you are going to spend. Colleges that can expect such a low score too are :-
1. Suryadatta college Pune
2. IBMR
3. Biyani Jaipur
4. IILM
5. DBS
