I can't comment on other institute but can tell you about our's.
PGDM course here in IBA is approved by AICTE ministry of HRD and is also internationally accredited course.
Faculty here is also extremely good and holds at least 8-10 yrs. of experience .
Average package is around 5.75 lakhs (for14-16 Batch).

Talk to alumni or students of both the colleges, and even try to visit both the campuses and then select the college.

Galgotias college of engineering is a good choice to do MCA.because it has a very good placements in IT companies.the faculty is also good.
There is a difference between galgotias college of engg and technology and galgotias university.So please make your choice wisely.

To get admission in Bimtech you need to give these exams. Bimtech doesn't accept applications without it.

all colleges are good but it depends on various criteria on which a clge is ranked at 1 or 2 and so on. some colleges r good for btech some for mba etc. some are good for providing placement some are known for their faculties.
so it would b better if you specify the on which basis you want to know which clge is best at.

Both bimtech and weligkar are of same ranking and avg.salary packages.You could go for either one of these two. both are good.
