Indian Universities are bound by the closing date of all admission, as fixed by UGC and Govt of India.
It was 15th August to 16th August, as I got to know.
I shall request that, you check it out on Private University websites, like Amity and LPU or CU.
Admission in Government Universities are certainly over.

Hi Sonu,
There is no dress code for BBA students. Even if there is, no one follows. Although, BBA students wear them only in events and special occasions.

Yes, you can choose BCA from Prince Institute of Innovative Technology provided you have got at least 45% in +2 Board Examination. Yes, you have to clear Entrance Exam.
