The placement cell of Hindu college aims to achieve 100% placement rate each year and conducts various seminars and webinars. The university had put in place the necessary infrastructure, hired qualified staff, and created and implemented programmes to help students improve their communication and soft skills, which are necessary for making them marketable. There is a great system in place that takes into account every aspect of a student's employability. The university has had recent years of success. Only incoming students should concentrate on their coursework and skills.

Candidates who receive a rank between 1 and 100 in the KLEEE EAMCET 1 to 500, the JEE Advanced 1 to 7000 AIR, the JEE Main 95 or higher percentile, the CBSE 9.2 CGPA or above, the TS IPE-990 or above marks, and the Andhra Pradesh IPE- 10 CGPA will receive a 100% fee reduction at the KL University. Candidates who meet the previously mentioned prerequisites must pay a single entrance fee of Rs. 15000. For PGDM, there are NRI and physically or mentally disabled quotas. There are 480 seats available for PGDM and 120 for MS under the SC, ST, OBC, and general quota.
