The Central University of Haryana does offer fee refunds as per UGC guidelines:
- 100% refund if withdrawal is 15+ days before the last admission date.
- 90% if less than 15 days before, 80% if within 15 days after, and 50% within 30 days after the last admission date.
- The refund is not available beyond 30 days after the date of last admission. Contact the university for further information.
