The average GMAT score of CUHK for an MBA is 650. Other than there are various admission requirements for the course such as 

  • Graduation - Applicants must hold a recognised bachelor’s degree (normally with honors not lower than Second Class or B grade) or completed a course of study in a tertiary educational institution and obtained professional or similar qualifications equivalent to an honors degree
  • TOEFL - Marks - 79/120
  • IELTS - Marks - 6.5/9
  • Work Experience - Minimum: 24 Months
    Minimum two years of full-time post-qualification work experience

See on the website its specified that a person will be eligible for admission only if the candidate secures at least 90% marks in all his board subjects (of course excluding Hindi in your case), so maybe your physics marks mess up your chances of getting admitted in that particular college.
