Yes, there is a scope of admission in metallurgy or civil Engineering in IIEST as per your stated rank.
But, CSE, IT, Mechanical, Electrical, is not possible as per previous Cutoff.
But, IIEST's mining and metallurgy is really good.
It has large scope of research and facilities in IIEST.

As per your marks, you cannot get admitted to the institutions you mentioned. But, as per previous year trends, you cannot get admitted into IIEST or BIT, Mesra.

Your marks are very less, so it is better you try any other career or other institution.
Saying frankly, you cannot get IIEST, Shibpur.

IIEST is better than IIIT Bhubaneswar.

BITS Pilani's all India rank is 6 and it's is on par with IITs for graduation in engineering. It has world-class facilities, faculty and placement record. The average salary is more than Rs. 9 lakhs per annum.

BITS, Hyderabad. Also, you can go for BITS, Pilani.

NIT - Jaipur, Hamirpur and Rorkela are good engineering institutes as compared to others. The study and placement records are good. The average package offered is Rs.4 LPA to Rs.5 LPA.
