No, IEMJEE is not a mandatory entrance exam for BTech admissions at Institute of Engineering and Management. Candidates can also appear for WBJEE or JEE Mains to qualify for BTech courses.

Aside from BTech admission, candidates are also eligible to apply for scholarships through these scores at Institute of Engineering and Management.

ITM Vocational University offers multiple scholarship categories:

  • Early Decision Benefit: INR 20,000 waiver (by 28 Feb 2026), INR 15,000 (March 2026), INR 10,000 (April onwards till result date)

Yes, candidates can apply for lateral entry into the BTech courses offered by Institute of Engineering and Management. Lateral entry for BTech courses will be based on the same IEMJEE as well as following counselling round. Currently, eligibility criteria for lateral entry BTech admissions is unknown.

Yes. After a successful application, candidates attend an interview round with the University Panel. If selected, they are provided with a provisional admission application number. Admission is both merit-based and entrance-based.

Eligibility varies by program. Key requirements are:

  • B.Tech / BBA / BCA / B.Com / B.Sc. Hospitality: 10+2 with a minimum of 45% (50% for BCA) from a recognised board. Final-year students are also eligible.
  • B.Tech D-to-D & Integrated B.Tech: 10th with minimum 45%, plus at least 50% in ITI (Engineering) in a relevant branch.
  • MBA / Executive MBA: 10+2 with 45% and Graduation with minimum 50%, along with a valid score in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT or equivalent. Executive MBA additionally requires 36+ months of post-graduation work experience and a current employer NOC.
