The total fees for MSc Economics is INR 3.20 lakh at ICFAI School of Social Sciences. Aspirants have to pay an admission fees of INR 20,000 to confirm their seat. Candidates also need to pay a refundable caution deposit of INR 10,000.

The average salary package offered to students is INR 7-8 LPA. There is a III Cell dedicated to train and assist students for placements. The highest salary offered is INR 52 LPA. As per 2024 placement record, the highest placements are offered to CSE students. the lowest package is offered to Civil Engineering students which is around INR 7-8 LPA.

The course is offered in full-time mode for four-years. There are seven specialisations offered. Some of the offered courses are CSE, ME, AI & ML, Civil Engineering. Admissions in are based on GUJCET or JEE Main ranks. State Quota seats are allotted by ACPC. Seats under All India Quota and NRI Quota are allocated by University only. Registrations are to be done on respective websites.

There is no separate scholarship for girls. However, there are multiple scholarships offered to students. There are Merit scholarships with full tuition fee waiver. It is provided to some courses based on merit rank in JEE Main or GUJCET. Other than this, there are other Merit and Merit cum Means scholarships provided. The Merit cum Means scholarship is provided to financially weak students. Amount of INR 1 Lacs and INR 50,000 is provided to them based on merit.

The university offers numerous scholarships to students. Scholarships are based on merit rank. It is divided in three categories. The categories are Merit, Merit cum Means and Merit scholarship (full tuition fee waiver). Full tuition fee waiver is provided to students who secure top ranks in accepted exams like GUJCET/JEE Main. It also provides financial aid to students who are from economically weaker sections.

Nirma University is ranked between 100-150 by NIRF 2025. Ranking of L D College of Engineering is not present on official websites. Both ITNU and LDCE have been ranked by various ranking bodies. ITNU was ranked #41 by “The week” and “Times”. LDCE was ranked #87 by “India Today” in 2023. Students should evaluate colleges on other factors as well like fees, seats, placements, etc.

The university offers ample opportunities for students to get practical exposure. Along with the core subjects, there are Value added courses, Dissertation, Internships/Projects and Vocational courses as well. There is a dedicated placement cell which assists students for Internships for real industry exposure.

The course is offered in four-year full-time mode. It is further divided in eight semesters. Some common subjects taught in first year are General English, Introduction to AI ML, Physics, Mathematics I &II and many more. The curriculum also includes different elective and minor subjects. Students have to complete an Internship or Research project in last year of course.

The seats are divided in three categories. 60% of total seats are allotted under All India Quota. 25% are reserved for State Quota students and 15% for NRI students. State Quota seats are allotted by ACPC, GoG. The university allocates seat for All India Quota and NRI Quota. Separate registrations for both categories has to be done on respective official websites.
