No direct admission is generally not possible in the SIMC Pune MA programme. To get admission into MA at SIMC Pune, candidates have to have a graduate degree as a minimum eligibility requirement. Moreover, candidates have to clear the selection round conducted by the institute. The PI contains 50 marks, and the WAT contains 50 marks. The total weightage is 100 for the final merit list. After this round, the institute releases a merit list to declare the names of selected candidates.

Yes, students are eligible for admission if they have 50% in Class 12. The eligibility is to have valid scores in Class 12 for admission in GLA University UG courses. Check the table below to know the aggregate required to be eligible for admission in preferred courses:

Candidates wanting to get admission to the SIMC Pune MA programme, have to be eligible for the programme. One needs to have a graduate degree in any stream from any recognised university/college with minimum 50% marks (45% for the reserved category). Those who are eligible for the course can apply from the institute's website. The admission window opens from November to February.

Candidates who apply for early admissions in BA (hons) at Apeejay Stya University are offered an early bird discount of INR 6.6 Lacs in 2026.
