For the RGPV MBA admission, an application fee of INR 120 is required to process the registration. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid through online payment gateway.

KIET deemed-to-be University offers several programmes at UG, PG, and PhD levels. These are all offered in full-time mode. Students can pursue the following programmes:

Essential documents include Class 10 and 12 marksheets, graduation certificates, a valid CMAT scorecard, and a passport-size photograph. MP domicile and category certificates (SC/ST/OBC) if applicable.

KIET University eligibility has to be fulfilled for students to get admission. The requirements may change depending on the course and specialisation. The common eligibility is as below:

• KIET UG eligibility - Class 12 with relevant subjects from a recognised board
• KIET PG eligibility - UG degree in a relevant field from a recognised university
• KIET PhD eligibility - PG degree or four-year BTech degree from a recognised university

To get admission in KIET University, students have to check the eligibility first. Eligible students can then apply online. The university accepts students on an entrance basis mainly. Students have to submit scores of accepted scores. Selected students have to pay the admission fees to complete the process.

The deadline for filling the examination form is between late January and early February. Submissions made after these dates may incur a late fee of INR 100 per day.

Counselling dates are announced by the DTE Madhya Pradesh after entrance results are declared. Typically, these rounds occur between June and August, with final admission lists and document verification following shortly after each round of seat allotment.

The enrollment line for the 2026 academic session will be open until April 30, 2026. Students must complete their initial admission formalities well in advance, after DTE MP counselling rounds

If a candidate cancels their admission 7 days before the last date of admission, as
declared by the University. No refunds after the specified cutoff date.

No, hostel fees are separate and are as follows:

Hostel fees (per semester): INR 2400
Hostel Caution money: INR 4000
