No refund rules have been provided on the website of ITM-IHM Navi Mumbai for BA admission cancellation. Generally, institutes offer refunds to BA candidates based on UGC norms.
UGC norms offer a percentage of the fees in refunds where the percentage is determined by how early the admission was cancelled.
Candidates are still advised to confirm this from the admission desk.

Yes, you're eligible to apply to LM Thapar School of Management with 42 percentile in CAT 👍
They don't have a very high cutoff like IIMs. Selection is based on:
- Entrance score (CAT/XAT/NMAT/CMAT, etc.)
- Academic background
- GD/PI performance
That said, 42 percentile is on the lower side, so your GD/PI and overall profile will matter a lot.
Simple take:
You can apply, but prepare well for the interview to improve your chances 👍
