The B.Sc. (Hons.) Technology and Management with Global Immersion at LPU is kinda different from a regular B.Sc. , in fact it feels like it mixes stuff that are usually kept apart. A traditional B.Sc. usually sticks to one science discipline, but this one kind of weaves technology, business, and international exposure into one ongoing program. You get a blend of courses such as digital technologies, AI, data analytics, management, entrepreneurship, and innovation, plus those hands-on industry projects, internships and the Global Immersion experience. In general, it is built for students who want a broader, cross-domain skillset and who

The B.Sc. (Hons.) Technology and Management program at LPU mixes technology with business and administration in a kind of, maybe more practical way. In general the curriculum has a mix of Programming Fundamentals, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Technologies, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking, Innovation, Business Communication, and Project Management, and yes it stays broad on purpose. Besides what happens inside the classroom students get hands on exposure through live projects, internships, talking with people from the industry and the Global Immersion component. Together thi

Yes, definitely. I did my studies at GIBS Bangalore, and one thing I really liked was that my classmates were from different parts of India. It never felt like everyone was from just one place.

In my batch, there were students from Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha, Assam, and a few other states as well.

I honestly enjoyed that part because you get to make friends from different backgrounds, learn about different cultures, and hear different perspectives. It makes campus life much more fun and interesting.

For me, this diversity was one of the best

Yes , you might be eligible to apply for B.Tech in Automobile Engineering at LPU, after finishing 10+2 with a vocational (AET) course, if you actually meet the university's eligibility conditions. LPU normally considers students who have passed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and English (or a similar qualification). On top of that, you also need to qualify through LPUNEST, JEE Main, or CUET, depending on what applies to your case.

If your AET vocational background is recognized as equivalent, and it includes the required subjects , then you can submit an application. Still, it's a good idea to confirm your exact vocational crede

Yes, LPU does offer lateral entry, like Diploma to Degree, for eligible students in a few programs, including B.Tech. If you've already completed a relevant diploma from a recognized institution, and you do satisfy LPU's eligibility rules, then you might be taken directly into the second year (the third semester) of the B.Tech program. But the exact thing depends on your diploma specialization, and also on which course you want to join, so it's best to quickly look at the latest admission guidelines for the specific branch you're targeting.

Dear reader,

Lovely Professional University (LPU) is a great substitute for D.Y. Patil University, Navi Mumbai, when looking into the academic calendar and batch commencement dates for 2024. With an industry-aligned curriculum and a stellar placement record, LPU offers a top-tier B.Tech. Biotechnology program.

Placements for B.Tech CSE are decent. Many companies visit the campus and students with strong coding skills, projects, and consistent preparation usually get better opportunities. Outcomes vary based on individual performance.
