Hello Saurabh,
Both are below average colleges. There is no quality of education. Marks are provided if you pay them "penalty charges". Placement and training cell of the colleges are also pathetic and somehow manages to bring only BPOs and tech support for placement of engineers.

To get admission in an engineering college in Gujarat, of course, other than IIT/NIT, you have to appear for the common entrance test conducted by the Government of Gujarat, so marks scored in JEE Mains or class 12th board of Gujarat has no relevance.

Yes, it is affiliated to VTU because it is a prime technical university in the state. Every college needs to be affiliated to a reputed university before getting deemed university status. Now that DSU has come up, DSCE will get affiliated, once DSU gets some recognition.

Sanjay Ghodawat Institute is best to pursue MBA in finance. You should get good score in entrance test examinations like CAT, MAT, GMAT, XAT or MHCET. Therefore, you have to get best score and secure admission in the college. The college course fee is only Rs.30, 000 around.
All the best.

Hi,
Australia is one of the best country in civil and structural engineering. Japan, Germany, Singapore and USA are also a decent option.
