Helo Amol Singh, GoI has permitted few engineering colleges to offer engineering graduation course in few vernacular languages. However there is no information about Diploma courses too being offered in Hindi or some local language. You will need to approach dte of tech education of UP to know about status

There are many colleges for global MBA all of them have separate curriculum. Few of them also provide step-by-step guidance for the students. But just finding a college is not enough. Ranking: Jaipuria Lucknow is on 73rd position among all MBA colleges in India and has high NBA scores. IMS is not even in the top 100 MBA colleges. Fees, Faculty, campus life, placements: Jaipuria is again a better option as they reward good amount of scholarships, have highly experienced faculty, a very good campus life and better placement record.
