Yes, you can. After completion of CS foundation, one may register with ICAI-IPCC and get enroll as IPCC student either with first group or both groups.

-IILM Academy of Higher Learning (IILM Lucknow), Lucknow
-University of Lucknow, Lucknow
-School of Management Sciences (SMS Lucknow), Lucknow
As far as your admission concern, probably by the time September all institutes will gear up in the mid of first semester. Just enquire in the above colleges personally whether they will give you admission or not.
