The most recent information regarding cutoffs are:
1)The minimum SUET (university entrance exam) percentile required for candidates in the general category was 65-70%ile with a score of about 30%.
2) The cutoffs for the SC/ST categories were approximately 25% of the marks and the 50–55%ile.
3) The final admission thresholds also differ based on the results of the interview, group discussion, and overall composite merit.
These deadlines, though, might have altered for the next round of admissions.

According to Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya's most recent placement reports the average package offered to MBA students is between Rs 6.5 Lacs and Rs 7 Lacs per year (LPA).
The median salary is roughly Rs 6 LPA, and the highest package offered was about Rs 12 LPA.

The minimum eligibility criteria for admission to the MBA at Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya programme is:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
- Valid score in one of CAT/MAT/CMAT or university's own entrance exam.
- At least 2 years of full-time post-qualification executive/supervisory work experience in a relevant field for candidates applying for a part-time MBA. Not required for full-time.
