There is very good chance to get admission in meerut University for b.com course u need to score at least more than 50% for eligible to getting admitted in meerut University.

BA LLB is a law programme which is of 5 years and Charansingh University is a CCS Univerity of UP. Basically in these CCS colleges you can get admission without giving CLAT exam(law entrance exa) just you have to score good marks in 12th standard.

Yes, you can do LLB private course mixed with B.Com.There is a chance for B.Com to select taxation in it and you can do income tax in it too.
