The University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya (USTM) is the first state private University in the field of Science and Technology in entire north-east India. It was established in 2008 and is sponsored by the Education Research and Development Foundation (ERDF), Guwahati. The University is approved by UGC and AICTE. It offers more than 60 courses at UG, PG and PhD level, through its seven schools and 19 departments of multiple streams. IIM Shillong admission 2023 to MBA course is offered through CAT 2023 scores followed by Analytical Writing Test (AWT) & Personal Interview (PI). IIM Shillong will release the shortlist for admissions 2024 after the CAT results are announced. Listed below are the important IIM Shillong CAT cutoff 2023 dates:

For admission to IIM Shillong for the flagship MBA (or PGP) course, the result of CAT 2023 can be expected by the last week of December 2023 (If the CAT conducting body follows the trend as in 2022). However, if the trend is not followed, the same will most probably be out by the first week of January 2024. After the release of result, the exam takers will be able to download their CAT scorecards from the official website using their login credentials for IIM Shillong admission.

For admission to MBA (or PGP) 2024 batch at IIM Shillong, the CAT test will be conducted on November 26, 2023. Aspirants of IIM Shillong are required to appear for the exam in Computer Based Testing mode at the allotted test centres. CAT exam 2023 will be held in three slots:
Morning slot: 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Afternoon slot: 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM
Evening slot: 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Earlier, the CAT exam used to be of 180 minutes with 100 questions but in 2020, both exam duration and number of questions were reduced due to COVID-19 pandemic. Now, starting CAT 2022, the total number of questions stands at 66 as part of CAT pattern.

Yes, CAT 2023 dates for admission to IIM Shillong are out. To apply for the CAT exam, candidates are required to create an account, fill the CAT registration form and pay the exam application fee. The 2023 CAT form have to be submitted by a certain deadline after which no application will be accepted. For 2023 CAT exam, CAT registration will go on between Aug 2 and Sep 20. The exam will be conducted on November 26, 2023. Students are required to appear for the CAT 2023 exam in Computer Based Testing mode at allotted test centres. CAT exam 2023 for IIM Shillong admission will be held in three slots. These are as follows:
