Maharashtra University of Health Science (MUHS) offers various courses. Admission to these courses is done through entrance exams or merit-based. The entrance exams accepted are NEET UG, NEET PG NEET SS NEET MS MUHS CET, and MUHS PET. The criteria for MUHS Admission vary for different UG, PG, and Doctoral courses. In the case of national-level entrance exams, the students need to qualify for the entrance exam and have to appear for respective counselling. The university then releases seat allotment in which the students will be shortlisted for the different affiliated colleges based on their rankings.

As per last year's trends, the general category NEET cut off is 720-138, and for the SC/ST/OBC category, the NEET cut-off is 137-108. Meanwhile, NEET 2023 cutoff percentile for the general category is 50th and for ST/SC/OBC is 40th.

The College Cut-off is the minimum mark prescribed by the selection board for the admission of students. A merit list will be designed on these Cutoff scores. Aspirants who apply for the Institute need to clear the Cutoff for various courses. Aspirants must obtain minimum qualifying percentile marks in the NEET 2023 entrance examination to qualify for further admission.
