No, MGM's College of Engineering and Technology in Navi Mumbai does not offer 100% scholarships.
To be eligible for a full scholarship, students may need to be a state topper, perform exceptionally well in their 12th standard exams, or be a topper in entrance exams like IIT JEE or SRMJEEE.
