To get into TU Delft students must meet the minimum eligibility. The admission requirements for international students will depend on the type of course, level of study and their country of origin. The admission requirements for international students including Indian students at Delft University of Technology are listed below:
- A standard XII (academic stream) by CBSE or CISCE for a bachelor's degree
- A undergraduate degree with a CGPA of at least 75% for a master's degree
- GPA or aggregate score: 75% in top 5 subjects each

You will need 2 to 4 months of preparation before the exam date. Required scores are as follows:-
On paper-based TOEFL at least 550 or on computer-based TOEFL at least 213. For IELTS a score of at least 6 bands is required. Hope this helps!
