No, actually with this score its bit difficult for you to get admission in top colleges. So its better to try with your State entrance. Also some colleges won't accept 45% marks. They keep criteria as 50% and above.

Jaypee Noida hold good records for placements & rankings as well in past few years. Also, this institution is one of the best private college for CSE.

No, there is no chance for you to get JSS for CSE at this rank if you are general but it will be quite easy for SC/ST. Else you can also try for management quota if money is not a problem.

At this rank you have no chances for JSS B. tech CSE, atmost 1500 Obc rank for CSE JSS IS required. GOOD LUCK!
