IMS-Ghaziabad has much better campus infrastructure and has more facilities as compared to IMS Noida. Then, I suggest you to go with PGDM from IMS-Ghaziabad.

IMS-Noida is not the best college for MIB. You should consider giving the entrance exam and then search for colleges. IMS is a 2nd tier college.
