For 100% Scholarship
Eligibility - Students securing 93% aggregate and above ((excluding Physical Education/ Fine Arts / Performing Arts / vocational / non written subjects) in CBSE/ ICSE Board of Class XII and 80% in Graduation.
For 50% Scholarship
Eligibility - Students securing 90% aggregate and above (excluding Physical Education/ Fine Arts / Performing Arts / vocational / non written subjects) in CBSE/ ICSE Board of Class XII and 75% in Graduation.

There's no second thought before I write this. Of course, it has to be NID, as it's an institute of national importance. AAFT, on the other hand is a private institute and is known for B.Des as well. NID is best known for design courses, and you will have ample of opportunities after passing out from there. Coming to it's placements, several graduates tend to start their own studio.
