Hello,Symbiosis Institute University has a much better brand name as compared to SMU. The top two or flagship colleges under the "Symbiosis Institute University” brand name - SIBM & SCMHRD (both located in Pune) rank among the top 25 in India. On all parameters (rankings, placements, legacy, infrastructure, etc.). Symbiosis Institute University is comparatively better.

It is approved as of current, but it has been revoked once in the past. I wouldn't suggest pursuing the course from here, as it could happen again because of their declining repute.

You should go for JIMS. This college has good placements, qualified faculties, good infrastructure and all. Students get more practical exposure as accordingly to market demand. this college engage the students in academic as well as other co-curricular activities for the overall development. one more thing before choosing any campus, you should visit first and try to explore the lab facilities in all campuses where you wish to take the admission.
