Please try for 2nd and 3rd round too. There is no harm in that and I think you will get CSE at the end. Even if you didn't get CSE you can get it after 1st year if you scored high percentage in 1st year and requested for branch at JSS Registrar office.

For this stream, both are equally sorted. You would need to do a post-graduation, preferably from abroad or much better colleges than these two. If you are from North India then choose Amity or if you are from South then choose SRM. They both are similar in terms of education and infrastructure.
