Eligibility criteria for B.Ed is at least fifty percent marks in the Bachelors degree. You are not eligible for B.Ed based on your BA marks. You may try at some private universities where eligibility criteria is not very stringent.

It totally depends on your interest. You can choose any specialisation in which you are interested in and go ahead. All the best. There are specialisation available to you like Finance, HR, International business, Retail, Systems and Operations. You can choose any of these.
