Jaypee Noida hold good records for placements & rankings as well in past few years. Also, this institution is one of the best private college for CSE.

No, there is no chance for you to get JSS for CSE at this rank if you are general but it will be quite easy for SC/ST. Else you can also try for management quota if money is not a problem.

I will prefer CSE in UPES because it has its own reputation. In terms of placements UPES is good. If you are an above average student then you will get a handsome package. Top recruiters in UPES are IBM, LNT, MICROSOFT, VMware and Dell.

Well it is very tough for you to get CS but there are chances of IT, taking you are general otherwise for SC/ST you don't even have to wait for 2nd counselling.
