Hello Samith!
The academics are good here. Professors have ample knowledge about the subjects they teach.
The course MBA is from Amrita (Basic management subjects in the first year and desired specialisation in the second year), MS in business analytics is from SUNY, Buffalo (has subjects w.r.t analytics space - Big data and the tools used)
On comparisons with XIMB and Ramaih, it is purely subjective and varies from person to person.
All the best for your career!

MJMC in distance will only be helpful if you are a working professional in any media firm. IGNOU is the best option for distance education. There are many other institutions offering distance education for MJMC. But most of them require experience in some media firm. So after completing your graduation (in any stream) you need to join a media firm, be it a newspaper, radio or television.

Placement (package) varies from year to year depending upon the types of companies visiting the campus, roles offered and several other factors. The average package offered by the companies on campus is 6 lakhs per annum and in general, it's marketing specialization which fetches a higher package.

The minimum eligibility criteria is 50% aggregate marks in 10th and 12th examinations. However, the selection process evaluates a candidate on many factors essential for the course. I would suggest you apply for the institute and go through the admission process.
