To get admitted in St. Xavier's College, Kolkata for B.Com you must have Mathematics in your +2 that is class 11th and class 12th Maths and English are the two compulsory subjects. As far as I know, St. Xavier's University, Newtown which was inaugurated last year provides B.Com degree, even if you don't have Maths. Kindly, check both the websites for further details.

It's impossible to get admission in IIM, Ranchi for distance education you can get admission in IGNOU but you need to clear the entrance. It is not difficult you just need to clear it so that you can get admission it's a recognised university and one of the largest open university and it has a great value.

IIM-Ranchi is one of the best management institutes of the country. It will be most beneficial to do a post graduate course on Management from there, if your interest lies in that domain.
