Uka Tarsadia BBA fees are in the range of INR 1.8 – INR 2.8 lakh, depending on the type of course chosen. Admission to SVNIT Surat is mostly on the basis of JEE Main rank, and a rank of 94 appears very competitive. But the choice is subject to category, availability of seats, and home state quota. Your 90% in CBSE will make your profile stronger, but JEE rank is the deciding factor. I suggest verifying the last year's cutoffs for your category on the website of JoSAA to get a better estimate of your possibilities. If you are in a reserved category or home state quota, your possibility might increase.
