Yes, the BPP University campus is generally considered safe for Indian students. According to reviews posted by students on Shiksha Study Abroad, the university received a 4.4-star rating out of a possible 5 for the "Safety" category.

The university is guarded by the campus security staff, CCTV cameras, while emergency health services are also available nearby.

No, the BPP University does not maintain on-campus accommodation for either domestic or international students. Prospective students would have to look off-campus for housing services. 

However, the university does provide a special housing guide, listing a number of housing websites, offering student accommodation near the BPP University campus.
