Part time courses in PG are normally offered by colleges to students who are serving or doing some job. If there is a college in the place where you are working, the you must make an attempt for this.

It's very nice to know that you have dreams of doing graduation after completing your diploma. There are many colleges in places you mentioned where you can realise your dream. In Gujrat, you can seek admission directly to 2nd year of engineering. Just score very good marks in your diploma. List of colleges is available on the web site.
