Cyber Law Eligibility

Eligibility criteria is: Bachelor degree holder / Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.

Qualifying Degree-Qualifying Degree/Examination
BE/B.Tech/B.Pharm. Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology (4 years after 10+2 or 3 years after B.Sc/ Diploma in Engineering/ Technology). Currently in the final year or already completed it in 2018.

Firstly you have to do any undergraduate course for graduation.
After that, you will have to apply for LLB in any college that offers cyber-security.
After that, you'll have to do an internship under any lawyer who is specialized in this field.

Eligibility for PG Diploma in Cyber Law:
For applying to the course, aspiring candidates need to have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, acquired from a recognised/ accredited institute, with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. Candidates are also required to have completed a 3-year Diploma from a recognised institute
Students who have appeared in their final year examination of a relevant Bachelors degree programme, and are yet to pass its final year examination, are also welcome to apply, subject to a successful completion of their Bachelor's degree programme/graduation within a certain time period.

1) A candidate should have passed Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with minimum 45% pass mark in aggregate.
