Candidates must score within the cutoff ranks that the Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT) Delhi established each year based on entrance tests like JEE Main and IPU CET in order to be admitted to the B.Tech program. Yes, you can apply for CTET, but only for Paper 1, which is for the teachers for class 1 to class 5. The eligibility criteria for CTET Paper 1 is :
- Senior Secondary or its equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 per cent marks and cleared or appearing in final year exam of Diploma in Elementary Education (2 years duration)
OR - Senior Secondary or its equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 per cent marks and cleared or appearing in the final year exam of Bachelor of Elementary Education (4 years duration).
OR - Bachelor’s degree with a BEd degree.
