Dental College Eligibility

The selection process for BDS at DY Patil Dental College and Hospital is entrance-based. Aspirants are required to appear for NEET UG. Candidates with a valid NEET UG score must register on the MCC website for the counselling process. Seats are allocated to eligible candidates based on the merit lists released by the MCC in various rounds of counselling. These lists are based on the candidates' NEET UG score, choices filled during MCC registration, and availability of seats.

To ensure their eligibility for MDS admission at the college, candidates must ensure that they fulfil the following SRM Kattankulathur Dental College MDS eligibility criteria specified by the college:

• Candidates must have completed a BDS or an equivalent degree recognised by the Dental Council of India
• Their internship must be completed on or before March 31, 2024
• They must have a valid NEET MDS score as prescribed by the DGHS

The minimum standard necessary to enter MDS course in Dental College & Hospital, Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune is BDS degree with qualifying marks from any recognized institution. The candidates should have done one-year rotatory compulsory internship and should have a valid score card for NEET MDS as per the Rule of Dental Council of India.

To be eligible for the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programme at Dental College and Hospital, Navi Mumbai, Bharati Vidyapeeth, candidates must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent qualification with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as core subjects. They must also qualify for the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test). For the Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) program, candidates must hold a BDS degree from a recognised dental institution and meet the additional criteria set by the college and relevant authorities.
