With a NEET score of 307 in 2024, your daughter might be struggling to find a seat in MBBS or BDS courses in government colleges because of heavy competition and cutoffs. But she has a hope in private medical or dental colleges, though there will be a high fee structure. For BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), the cutoff marks are lower than for MBBS and BDS, so she might have a greater possibility of admission in BAMS. Getting into the MDS Orthodontics programme at Dasmesh Institute of Research and Dental Sciences isnt too easy since admissions are done through centralized counseling by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS). You need a BDS degree from a recognised college and registration with the State Dental Council to be eligible. Since the number of seats is quite limited, a higher NEET MDS rank really boosts your chances. But if you meet all the requirements and score well in the exam, you definitely have a shot!
