No. If you are OMS ,you will get admission through All India Quota and for that all seats are treated as OPEN seats.

As per last year only MAT February scores were accepted. However, exact details will be provided by the DTE . Everything will be mentioned in the DTE brochure.

The cutoff was around 93-94 percentile for open category students.

The average package offered so far is around 5.5-6 lacs p.a.
The highest package offered so far as per my knowledge is around 8.7 lacs p.a.

The cutoff for SC category student through CAT will be based on 'All India Seats' so you need to score good on CAT as there are few all India seats available in PUMBA. The cutoff for CAT is usually 85-90%ile.

The cutoff for MH-CET is about 92%ile and for CMAT was about 98%ile
Yes you need to apply through DTE. Fill the application form there and after MH-CET results, you have to fill the option form, fill PUMBA in option form and you will be allotted college based on your results.
